- Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-demand or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We provide Free Delivery Order Above $50 and its Delivered within 2-3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $50 (if applicable).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
- For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Refund & Return Policy

- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
